Induction Heating System Introduction
I. Basic Concept
An induction heating system is a high-efficiency heating device based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting electrical energy into thermal energy to achieve rapid and precise heating of metal workpieces. Its core components include a high-frequency AC power supply and an induction coil, widely used in metal processing, mechanical assembly, and other fields.
II. Working Principle
Energy Conversion: The device converts the standard 50Hz industrial AC power into high-frequency AC power, providing the energy foundation for subsequent magnetic field generation.
Magnetic Field Generation: The high-frequency current passing through the induction coil generates an alternating magnetic field, whose intensity rapidly changes with the current frequency.
Eddy Current Heating: When a conductive workpiece is placed near the induction coil, the changing magnetic flux induces eddy currents within the workpiece. These eddy currents generate heat due to the workpiece's resistance, achieving rapid temperature rise.
III. Core Application Fields
Metal Heat Treatment: Used for quenching, annealing, tempering, and other processes to enhance the hardness, toughness, and mechanical properties of metal materials.
Welding Processing: Suitable for copper, aluminum, silver, and other metal welding, ensuring uniform heating of the welding area to improve welding quality.

The medium-frequency induction heating power supply adopts an independent air-cooled or fully water-cooled structure,and the PCB and other components are treated with a three-layer conformal coating process,making it suitable for complex environments such as offshore platforms.
Data storage
The heating temperature curve can be displayed and stored in the system in real time.Heating data can be queried at any time or historical heating data can be copied to a USB flash drive after heating is completed.
Multi-segment process curve
The system has multiple control modes,including constant power,power-time curve,constant temperature (constant temperature operation module is optional),and temperature-time curve,which can be selected according to different working conditions and requirements.
Remote control (customized module)
The device integrates communication modules such as WiFi/5G wireless,RS485,and TCP/IP MODBUS,enabling remote monitoring and control.
Diverse power control modes
Output power can be controlled via 0-10V,0-5V,4-20mA,and digital adjustment.
