      ZK600 series is a high-performance, compact, and reliable general-purpose variable frequency drive (VFD) designed for three-phase asynchronous motors. It supports open-loop vector control (SVC) and traditional V/F control, delivering excellent speed regulation, torque response, and energy efficiency. Whether you need to control pumps, fans, conveyors, compressors, or other industrial machinery, the ZK600 series provides stable and precise motor control.

      ZK600 VFD offers a wide power range from 0.75kW to 450kW, available in both 220V and 380V voltage levels. It supports single-phase or three-phase input depending on the model. The drive achieves a speed control range of 1:200 in vector mode, with speed control accuracy of ±0.2% and torque response of less than 10ms. Starting torque reaches 180% at 0.5Hz, ensuring reliable startup even under heavy loads.


     ●  Control Modes and Performance

      SVC or V/F control, with linear/multi-point/Nth power V/F curves and V/F separation. Overload capacity: 150% for 60s, 180% for 10s, 200% for 0.5s.


     ●  Rich I/O and Communication

      5 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 1 high-speed pulse input, 1 digital output, 1 relay output, 1 analog output. Built-in RS485 with Modbus RTU. External keypad with 5-digit LED display.



     ●  Comprehensive Protection Functions

      Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, motor overload, phase loss, and ground fault detection. Fast current limiting and stall control prevent unexpected trips.


     ●  Flexible Application Support

      Built-in PID, simple PLC, 16-speed operation. DC braking, over-excitation braking, droop control, torque limitation, and AVR. Jog, speed search, and frequency hopping available.


     ●  Easy Installation and Operation

      Wall-mounted, IP20, -10°C to 40°C ambient (derating to 50°C), altitude derating above 1000m, forced air cooling. External keypad can be mounted remotely (max 3m).
