1. Equipment Introduction
Automatic car washing machine is a machine that can automatically clean, wax, air dry, etc. by setting relevant programs on the computer. Automatic car washing machines are divided into: non-contact automatic car washing machines and brush-type fully automatic car washing machines. Characteristics of the two types of car washing machines: Non-contact car washing machine refers to a car washing method that relies on high-pressure water jets to complete the entire car washing process. During the car washing process, a variety of car washing liquids are used to cooperate with the entire process. The brush-type fully automatic car washing machine relies on the brush-type working principle. The brushing material is generally PE or foam material, because it does not damage the car paint. Usually, the structure of the car washing machine is divided into a variety of design layouts such as gantry reciprocating type and tunnel type. With the improvement of industrial Internet of Things technology, most of the current car washing machines use inverters as the main drive, programmable controllers (PLC) and IoT (Gateway) as automation control, which can realize the normal operation of both unattended and manned equipment.
Contactless automatic car washing machine:
The contactless car washing machine focuses on cleaning the two sides of the car. It has a single L-shaped rotating arm that can move horizontally and rotate 360 degrees, and there is no dead angle in the cleaning. There are two control modes for the car washing machine: semi-automatic cleaning: high-pressure water washing → spraying car washing liquid → manual wiping → high-pressure water washing → spraying bright wax → manual drying; fully automatic cleaning: spraying detergent → high-pressure water washing → spraying cleaning liquid → high-pressure water washing → spraying bright wax → spraying deionized water.
Brush-type car washing machine:
Brush-type car washing machine is also called gantry reciprocating car washing machine: the car is parked in a fixed position and the car washing equipment moves back and forth according to the car model. It can automatically wash the chassis, automatically correct the deviation of the track, automatically spray cleaning fluid, automatically imitate brushing, waxing, and automatically air-drying. A dirty car goes in and a clean car comes out. The washing time is about 3 minutes.
Equipment configuration:
Gantry travel: The ZK300 series inverter controls the gantry's forward and backward movement to ensure the gantry's rapid movement and coordinated stability.
Blowing device:
Each zk300 series inverter is equipped with two fans that run at high speed to forcefully dry water stains on the car's exterior.
Brush device:
The brush is made of foam plastic to avoid damaging the car paint. The movement of the brush roller up and down, front and back is controlled by the zk series inverter to perform all-round cleaning.
IoT controller:
Collect PLC and multiple inverters Modbus communication at the same time, WebMonitor App remotely controls the car washing machine and monitors the equipment operation status in real time.
2. Customer system control requirements description
1) The inverter has built-in Modbus communication protocol to communicate with PLC and IoT controllers. IoT has a mobile phone App to remotely monitor the current operating status of the inverter in real time.
2) The inverter fault signal can be directly collected and fed back to the host computer for safety protection through multi-function terminal settings or communication methods.
3) The inverter has high starting torque and strong overload capacity.
4) The inverter has a built-in RFI filter to suppress electromagnetic interference.
3. Product Features
1) SVPWM software design, starting torque 0.5HZ up to 200%.
2) Modbus protocol is standard, and CANopen, Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, Ethernet mainstream bus communication are optional.
