SG830 DC MPPT Booster – High-Efficiency Hybrid Power Solution
The SG830 is a versatile DC-DC power supply module designed for flexible integration into solar power systems. It supports both Boost and Buck modes, allowing seamless adaptation to various voltage requirements. With advanced Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC) output control, the SG830 ensures stable and reliable power delivery for a wide range of industrial applications.

Equipped with a built-in MPPT function and a tracking efficiency of up to 99.9%, the SG830 maximizes energy harvest from photovoltaic (PV) panels. It enables hybrid power supply by combining PV power with mains electricity, significantly reducing grid energy consumption and operational costs.

Wiring and Configuration:
- Low Voltage Side (PV+, PV–): Connect directly to PV in Boost mode, or to inverter bus in Buck mode 
- High Voltage Side (Out+, Out–): Connect to inverter DC bus in Boost mode, or to PV input in Buck mode 
 
Note: Wiring must match software settings. Reverse polarity connection is strictly prohibited to avoid module damage.
Monitoring and Control:
- Parameter settings via B0 group codes 
- Real-time monitoring via U1 group parameters 
- RS485 communication with Modbus protocol for seamless system integration 
- DI terminal support for external control and keyboard interface 
Indicator Status:
- Fast Flash (0.6s): Fault
