Strict Quality Control Procedures

All ZK brand products should go through strict quality control procedures from customer requirement review, production process control, service correction to system improvement etc. During PCBA production part, it has more than 10 procedures while the assembly part has strict procedures. All of these processes reflect our craftsman spirit, as we always provide the products to customers.

Quality begins and ends with each person in KEWO, the QC manager has to report to GM directly. 

1. QC: ISO9001,QA 

2. Every piece of material is recorded by ERP system,being tested and tracking.

3. PCB automatic test platform. 

4. Over current,over voltage,aging test and full load test before shipment.
