ZK S100 Series General Purpose VFD Overview
1 phase 220V input 3 phase 380V output VFD
The 1 phase 220v input 3 phase 380V output VFD is designed to convert a 1 phase power supply of 220V into 3 phase output voltage of 380v. This allows for the operation of 3 phase motors using a 1 phase power sourcmaking it a cost-effective solution for applications where three-phase power is not readily available.
The VFD works by converting the incoming 1 phase power into direct current (DC) through a rectifier circuit. The Dvoltage is then converted into a 3 phase output voltage using an inverter circuit. This process is controlled by the VFD microprocessor, which adjusts the frequency and voltage ofthe output wavefom to control the motor's speed and torque.The 1 phase 220V input 3 phase 380V output VFD offers several advantages. Firstly, it eliminates the need for a three-phapower supply, which can be expensive to install and maintain. This makes it an ideal solution for small businesses or locatiowith limited access to 3 phase power.

We change the rectifier circuit and capacitors connection that can boost up DC voltage from 310VDC to 540VDC.
